I am in New Orleans attending the Popular Culture conference. Â My talk went well, despite the fact that I had five minutes rather than my expected 20 or the program-expected 15. Â
Since my research interests are incredibly diverse, I am going to be attending various sessions, not a complete set of area sessions. Â (Some people only go to the sessions in their area. Â However, I don’t want to go to any more political talks, even though that was where I presented.)
I will post on various ones I attend, though I am not going to send the presenters my blog posts. Â Some of the last ones I did that for really didn’t like them.
